Some salmon eggs benedict for Adam. I don’t like Hollandaise sauce but these looked awesome.
These look fantastic. Every year we make eggs benedict for Christmas morning (although not with salmon, but with canadian bacon). How can you not love hollandaise sauce? Butter! Salt! Egg yolks! An explosion of cholesterol and calories in your mouth!
@garrettmurray Believe me, I’ve tried to get behind the hollandaise sauce if just to shave a few years from my life but it’s just no good. Too much of a good thing maybe?
