Yesterday I got to go on a tour of Theo Chocolate and saw “the only roaster of organic cocoa beans and the first roaster of Fair Trade certified cocoa beans in the United States.”

The benefactor of all the chocolate was definitely him. The loser’s us, who had to listen to him scream on and off during the whole tour. Don’t let his cuteness fool you.
