I finally ordered my own Nikkor 50mm f/1.4D (opted to save a little money and skip the G) to replace my f/1.8D. I just found out today it’s not supposed to be delivered until Tuesday, despite the fact I paid a bit extra to make sure it arrived before the weekend.
Luckily, Sara has been more than generous letting me borrow hers.
