It’s the little things

It's the little things

This past weekend I went down to San Francisco and finally got to fly Virgin America. There were lots of things I really liked about the overall experience, but the size of the boarding pass was by far my favorite. It fit easily in my back pocket and there wasn’t an unnecessary sleeve to hold it. I’ve never understood why airlines felt the need to make it so large. Are they afraid you’re going lose it?
