Ahh, film! ;) My dad has an 8008 in his case of Nikons, I really need to steal borrow them all soon…

@Dan Rubin Case of Nikons? Drool… Yeah, the 8008s cracks me up. The shutter is straight out of the 80’s, but and it’s a little funky, but it’s got autofocus and it auto advances the film. It’s not old enough to be retro or cool and not new enough to be great, but it’s been working well. I love the full frame (especially with the 20mm lens) andthis Portra VC can get you some incredible colors.

yup, a case :) in addition to the 8008, he’s got a 2020, a 4004, and an F, plus a ton of lenses. there’s also an underwater Nikon, but one of it’s seals broke decades ago :(

I’ll be on a medium format kick for a little while now, but at some point I’ll borrow his entire case and play :)
