Swimming at lunch, I don’t have time to get in anything close to 2,000m. Still, it’s a nice way to break up the day and today it was wonderfully empty, I had the pool all to myself.

The hardest part? The 4 x 50 Butterfly. But! those 50s were at 50 seconds! Madness. :D (I’m sure that’s slow for some of you, but that’s kind of a big deal for me.)

I got some advice from one of the trainers last week — lead with my forehead, not my chin — but man it’s rough. I feel like I’m going to swallow the pool. (: More work to do!
