one in a series of food that takes the shape of its container
120, 2007, bloomington, film, food, fuji, fujicolorpro160c, fujifilm, indiana, mediumformat, mf, noodles, ramen, tlr, yashicamat124g
wonderful series.
I agree, fantastic series.
i love the confettiesque spices and ‘vegetables.’
Technically, the Ramen is cooked first and made to take the shape of its container. Nissin developers worked ages to find a way to get them to fry evenly. They only got it to work by leaving a gap instead of filling out the whole frying mold.
this one is my favorite of the series
