Storms.

Storms.

206/365

It’s funny, I shot three different photos today, and out of all of them, I chose the simplest one, which wasn’t even the main image that I shot. And then I put it in black and white. Haha, I’m so weird.

+1 in the comments.

wow the b/w is so different than the color. nevertheless, i love the way the electricity lines are contoured.

Wow, yet another perfectly composed, planned, and executed shot! You always seem to raise the bar for what photography should result in!

Your neck looks so awesome. The sunset really looks beautiful. I love how the power lines line up along with the focus on them.

David, why does your photography have to be so amazing? I went out in the storms today too and everything was crap and it was freezing. I envy the amount of effort you put in your 365. But seriously, I love this and the one in the comments has AMAZING colors.

This is amazing! The black and white and the color versions are beautiful! The focus and the depth of tones in the clouds are incredible!

I love the simplicity of this. The black and white adds to it and makes this truly stunning.

Whoa whoa whoa. This is quite awesome. I love the b&w, but the colors of the sunset are gorgeous as well!

Brad.Wagner

It’s amazing how much of an emotional difference the black and white makes. The color version seems so cool and relaxing, and the B/W is so dramatic, like a storm is coming.

lmaekelley

This is great!

so awesome, i love every detail of both. the color in the comments is really beautiful, and the b+w also reminds me of a storm, like brad. i love that this is a “different style” than your usual but still showcases your talent. so awesome

OHHH my goodness! This is beyond amazing. I’m out of cool adjectives to use. This photo is seriously probably one of my favorites from you ever. I love how your posing, it seems like your body is just straight forward and your head is bent back like rubber or something, totally insane. I really love the color one too, but they’re both so beautiful I really don’t think I prefer one over the other. Stunning.

Sarah Ann Loreth

Seriously one of my favorites from you. It’s surreal and the mood and power lines are all so perfect. I think it’s more powerful in black and white.

i like it better in color, the different colors are truly breathtaking. although the black and white is beautiful too, especially the glow of your skin the color seems so much more mesmerizing.

Thats crazy how different the mood is between the black and white and the color!! The black and white looks more menacing, and unsettling, and the color version looks hopeful and beautiful. Great photo and pose!
