SXSW.com had been redesigned each year, but as the conference grew, the “cruft” started to build up as more and more features were added. A big picture, “step-back”, was needed for the site.

I did a complete content audit of the existing site, created a site structure document based on that work, and then reorganized the site to better suit the needs of a much larger conference, improving not only way finding but overall content organization.
